Who is the USA to Say the Israeli Settlements are Legal?

Jerusalem is the Capital of Palestine and All Israeli Settlements are illegal.

Washington D.C. has a lot of people scratching their heads. Who is the USA to decide what the capital of Palestine and Israel is or isn't? Who is the USA to decide that Israeli Settlements are legal against the international community?

The Trump Administration has recently declared that Israeli Settlements are not illegal. This disagrees with US Administrations of the last 40 years. In addition, this statement diametrically opposes the view of the international community today. So I'm asking again, who is the USA to decide these major issues for the other side of the world? The answer runs deep, very deep down the rabbit hole but that's not the purpose of my article. My goal is to join other voices stating that Jerusalem is the capital of Palestine and all the Israeli settlements are illegal. So I'll just say superficially at least, the US has given over $140 billion to Israel to date. If that number is hard to digest, try this; the US supports the Israeli military with roughly $10 million per day. Yes, I said per day. If you gave that much of your country's tax dollars to anything, you would want to see it succeed in its goals, wouldn't you? 

The Love/Hate Triangle Between Trump, Evangelicals and Israel

This move helps Trump with his Evangelical Christian base. Why are Evangelical Christians in such support of Israel? You may not know, and quite frankly most Evangelicals may not even know, that there has been a very calculated, strategic movement within the Evangelical faith to create a relationship and support for Israel. If you look into the end times beliefs of the Evangelicals, Jews and Christians are enemies.

However, the Evangelicals want the Muslims (Palestinians) out of the area so they are supporting Israel in doing so. For the Evangelicals, it's that old adage, "The enemy of my enemy is my friend." But we all know that is always short lived.

For more information on this, see the VICE video below where an Evangelical Christian says that after Jesus / Prophet Isa (on him be peace)  returns, 2/3 of the Jews of Israel will die and the 1/3 remaining will see Jesus and basically ask Jesus for forgiveness. As far as Israel is concerned, they don't mind and just want the financial support. I don't believe Trump cares for Israel, Evangelicals or Muslims. I think he just cares about himself and is appeasing the people who give him political support.

What Can We Do

• Everything starts with prayer. Pray Allah, glorified and the most high, brings about what's best soon.
•  After that, in my opinion, we Muslims need to study our deen and how to enter it completely. 

• We  must study Islam to understand what the true Islamic stance on the situation in the world is. 

• We need to become informed on the history of how this Israeli state was formed and how the Ottoman Empire fought it. In the AbdulHamid Series (available to watch for free on Youtube), you see how the Ottoman Sultan/ Khilafah fought any movement for an Israeli state tooth and nail and never wavered in spite of being offered incredible mountains of wealth. This was not even 100 years ago. If you know the history, then you will know at least one of the major  reasons the Khilafah was taken down by a conglomerate of Western forces was to make way for Israel to be born. The work was done behind the scenes long before any wars broke out. 
• Be vocal about this hypocrisy and international crime (illegal settlements) that the USA is a faithful, financial supporter and partner in.
